Refunds and Exchange policy

 

No Refunds or Exchanges can be given for incorrect size being ordered. We have a size chart at the bottom of the website and also listed with each shoe!

 

 Due to sanitary reasons we cannot take returns for shoes! We will exchange or give a gift card for DEFECTIVE shoes. We do inspect every pair before shipping them, however we are human and a pair can slip past us. If you receive a defective pair, do not put it on your child you need to contact us immediately. We must be notified within 1-2 days of you receiving the defective pair, so that we can help resolve the issue. If you have to send back a defective pair, the customer is responsible for shipping, if it is an exchange we will ship the new pair to you free of charge after we receive the defective pair. If the item is out of stock you will receive a Sweet Kicks gift card. Emails for defective shoes can be sent to sales@sweetkickshoe.com

 

**Genuine leather shoes can scuff from children dragging their feet on cement, gravel, any type of rough surfaces. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SCUFFED SHOES! We do our best to provide excellent quality shoes, normal wear/tear of the shoes and not a defect! We work closely with our manufacturer to provide the best quality of genuine leather. There could be slight variation of color, texture and grain in the leather due to each leather hide being slightly different, this is not a defect! 

A DEFECT would be considered a missing buckle, strap, incorrect measurements of the shoes (must provide pictures of the measurements), missing velcro, etc.
